  • What is the booking procedure?

    • Select your preferred arch above based on your event’s theme. A pop up form will appear for you to key in your event details such as date, time, and address. After check out, our team will get in touch within 48 hours if the arch is unavailable on the chosen day. You will be offered an option to upgrade to fresh flowers at no additional cost, reselect another design, or a cancellation and full refund. If you prefer to check the date of availability before booking, you may WhatsApp our team at 88926625 before placing your order. Do note that we are unable to reserve the arch without payment.

  • What does the booking include?

    • Price includes island wide delivery, set up, and teardown for all Flower Arch backdrops. For smaller accessories, pick up/ delivery option is available at check out.

    • You may also add on a matching FRESH bridal bouquet or table centrepiece via the add on options below “add to cart”.

  • Can I customise the arch?

    • As these are fuss-free, fixed artificial arches, customisation is not possible. However, our colleagues at Elly Sera Florist can assist with customised fresh floral arches. WhatsApp 88926625 to chat with the sales team.

  • How early can I book?

    • Our couples generally book us 6-12 months in advance. We recommend to book as early as possible to ensure availability of your preferred arch.

    • If you have yet to confirm your event details such as address and time, you may still make a booking and update the details at a later date.

  • What is the rental duration?

    • We generally allow up to 4 hours rental per booking. Set up will begin 1-2 hours before the event start time.  Kindly note that there will be a surcharge if you require us to set up or teardown outside of 830am - 1030pm.

  • Can I change the event details after booking?

    • We are generally flexible with reasonable changes to date, time, and theme subject to our availability. However, do note that we have a no cancellation clause, and all bookings are non-refundable. 

  • Will you be adding more new designs?

    • Yes we will bring in new wedding arches from time to time. Follow us on Instagram @ellysera.florist @alwaysandforeversg for updates.

  • I like a particular colour theme but prefer a different arch shape. Is there an option for this?

    • Yes, with the exception of deconstructed arches, other designs can be fixed on a different arch shape. Kindly WhatsApp us to arrange.

  • Are the arches suitable for outdoor use?

    • The arches are suitable for use only in an indoor sheltered space. If you need to use it outdoor, please drop us a note on WhatsApp.

  • Can I move the arch elsewhere during the event?

    • Price is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees apply if you require our team to move the arch to another space during the event. Arches should always be handled only by our team to avoid any damage fees.

  • What is the damage fee if an arch is damaged at my event?

    • As damages may also affect subsequent bookings, a fee at 2.5x the rental will be charged.

    • We typically have 1-2 instocks for each arch depending on the popularity of the design. If the chosen design is damaged just before your event, you will be offered an option to upgrade to fresh flowers at no additional cost, reselect another design, or a cancellation and full refund.

  • Can I use these arches for non wedding events?

    • Yes we welcome the usage of these arches for any events, such as birthdays, proposals, and corporate events too! WhatsApp us at 88926625 for proposal add ons such as photo frames, marry me signage, LED candles, etc.

  • What are the benefits of using artificial flowers for my wedding?

  • Are artificial flowers suitable for luxury weddings?

    • At Always&Forever, we only list high-quality floral arches made with premium materials. Our designs are crafted in a natural, garden style and our floral arches look natural and realistic both in person and in photographs.
